RETURNS POLICY

Cancellation & Returns

In accordance with the Customer Contracts Regulations 2013, SteezBomb SkateBoarding offers its consumers a 14 day cancellation and returns policy for a refund or an exchange on goods.

If you place an order and decide that you no longer want the goods after they have been despatched, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to cancel the order (NB This excludes: personalised or bespoke goods, sealed audio, video or computer media that has been opened; and underwear, swimwear and earrings). For services, you have 14 days from the day after the order was placed.

To cancel an order, you must email us at returns@steezbomb.com or write to us at SteezBomb SkateBoarding , Ashwood House, Stoke Prior, Leominster, Herefordshire HR6 0LG. Once you have received confirmation from us authorising the return, you have 14 days to return the goods back to us.

Once we receive the returned goods we will refund you the full amount paid for the cost of the goods, provided that they are received in reasonable condition (see ‘Conditions of Return’ below), within 14 days. The cost for delivery to you will also be refunded but at the least expensive tracked delivery option that we offer for those goods. You will responsible for covering the cost of return delivery.  You should obtain a tracking number when you return the goods to us as, without it, we may not be able to process your refund or exchange in the event that your item is lost in transit.

For services, we will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving your instruction to cancel.

Faulty Goods

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject faulty goods. In the unfortunate event that your goods or services are reasonably deemed to be faulty, you be will be entitled to a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase; or the opportunity to have the goods repaired or replaced within the first six months from the date of purchase.

To cancel an order, you must email us at returns@steezbomb.com or write to us at SteezBomb SkateBoarding , 14 Cowslip Way, Charfield, Wotton-under-Edge, South Gloucestershire GL12 8EF, United Kingdom. Once you have received confirmation from us authorising the return, please return the goods back to us.

Once we receive the returned goods we will carry out an investigation and contact you. If it is proven that the goods are faulty i.e. not as described, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not able to last a reasonable length of time we will: refund you the full amount paid for the cost of the goods and delivery if purchased within 30 days; or attempt to repair or replace the goods if purchased within six months.

Conditions of Return for Non-faulty Goods

In the circumstance when you no longer want the goods, you must return them to us such that they remain in a reasonable condition for example:

Packaging - Goods should be returned in their original packaging with any labels and tags attached. If the packaging forms part of the goods e.g. a shoe box, the boxed goods should be placed inside external packaging to avoid damaging it and any non-original labels or tape should not be stuck directly to the box.

Clothing - Goods must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached and unworn, unwashed and smoke free.

Footwear - Always try on your shoes indoors on carpet to avoid getting any marks on them and for hygiene purposes we ask that you wear socks. Shoes must not have been worn outside.

Audio, video and computer media - Media must returned fully sealed in the original packaging.

Skateboard Hardware - Returns of skateboard equipment and hardware will only be accepted if they are in un-skated condition and in their original packaging. Once a skateboard deck has been assembled and gripped, it cannot be returned or exchanged. All decks must be returned in a resalable condition. NB Skateboard decks that are snapped or broken, or have stress or pressure cracks from incorrect usage will not be replaced by us.

Underwear, swimwear and earrings -We are unable to accept the return of such goods for hygiene reasons.

Bespoke or personalised goods - We are unable to accept the return of such goods.
